I am a ketchup fanatic.
I luuuurrrrve me some ketchup.
On everything.
Literally, everything.
But I'm sorry. Just like the label says, it HAS to be Heinz.
It just does.
A world where there is all sorts of ketchup, but no Heinz, is a world that I certainly don't want to live.
Seriously, it hurts just to imagine that.
And, when you're out in a restaurant, and they give you something other than Heinz, what is up with that?!?!
I was once in this restaurant, (quite a posh restaurant) (ok, a very posh restaurant) and I got a steak. The waitress then asked if we wanted anything else. I asked if I could have some ketchup very politely. And she looked so confused, like she'd never heard of it before. Anyway when, they brought it over, it was not particularly pleasant, and it definitely WASN'T Heinz.
Similarly enough, fairly recently MacDonald's has changed it's ketchup sachet packets from Heinz to own brand! Seriously MacDonald's, what is going on with that? Bring back the Heinz!!! And I realise now just how sad it is that I not only know that, but get angry about it.
I can't really explain why it has to be. It just does. It HAS to be Heinz. Ask anybody, if its not Heinz, its not right. Any ketchup that has been made homemade and is all herby and special with home-grown rosemary...NO! I appreciate how much effort that must be, but no one ACTUALLY likes that, do they? (Not to offend anybody!)
Now, I am just talking about tomato ketchup, I have literally no experience with BBQ sauce or anything like that, but another 'has to be Heinz' thing is, of course baked beans.
Can you actually get baked beans from other brands? See, I don't even know, that is how single minded I am on the Heinz front. I once tried these no salt, no sugar beans, and they didn't even count as baked beans. Seriously, I don't care about calories or anything. Eat normal baked beans!!!
I apologise because I feel like I have been ranting this whole post, but I am really trying to get my point across, that I'm sure that many of you can relate to you.
It HAS to be Heinz.
Don't even bother thinking about trying to argue with me on this.
You know I'm right.
Anyway, until the next time...
See you soon!
P.S. I promise that I wasn't paid to do this or anything like that, I'm literally just speaking from my heart here!
